General conditions for the right of withdrawal

In application of the Hamon law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured by OreikO bvba in accordance with customer specifications.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (OreikO bvba, Koning Albertlaan 146, 1830 Machelen, info@oreiko.com) of his or her decision to revoke the agreement. The customer can use the model withdrawal form for this. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - strongly recommended - will be returned in the original condition and original packaging (avoidance of transport damage).

If the seal on the product is broken, your order will be definitive and can no longer be returned.

The right of withdrawal does not apply when the goods are collected by the customer.

If the customer cancels the agreement, he / she will receive all payments that he / she has made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from choosing a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) returned immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after OreikO bvba was informed of the customer's decision to revoke the agreement. However, OreikO bvba may wait with reimbursement until it has received the goods back, or the customer has unambiguously demonstrated that he / she has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The customer must return the goods to OreikO bvba without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which the customer has informed OreikO bvba of the decision to cancel the agreement. The customer has the free choice of carrier; OreikO bvba does not take any action to that end. The customer is on time if he / she returns the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

The customer is only liable for the depreciation of the goods that results from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. OreikO bvba reserves the right not to reimburse the depreciation resulting from the handling of the goods that goes beyond what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
